I had the absolute joy of capturing Becky and John’s elopement at Muckross Park Hotel in County Kerry. These two flew in all the way from Canada, trading moose sightings for Irish cows, and judging by the smiles on their faces, it was well worth the journey!
Muckross Park Hotel couldn’t have been a more perfect choice for their intimate “I do’s.” Nestled right up against Killarney National Park, this hotel has it all. You’re surrounded by epic mountain views and ancient woodlands without needing to brave any boggy hikes (a blessing when you’re in wedding heels!). It’s the kind of place that effortlessly balances elegance with a down-to-earth, Irish charm. And, as usual, the staff at Muckross made everything look as smooth as a pint pouring at a good Irish pub. Every detail, from the set-up to the service, was absolutely seamless.
Becky and John were an absolute delight—up for every photo, probably laughing to themselves about how many angles one Irish photographer can find in a single spot. But with a venue like Muckross Park, you can’t help it! Between the hotel’s romantic archways, the lush gardens, and those stunning views of the national park, every corner is a postcard waiting to happen. Becky and John soaked up every moment, taking time to savor the magic of their day, from quiet moments together to shared laughter against the backdrop of those jaw-dropping Kerry landscapes.
This wasn’t just any elopement; it was one for the books, made even better by an amazing team of suppliers. The magic began with White Heather Florist, who turned the venue into a floral masterpiece.
